The fine print

Terms and Conditions

These terms are the agreement between you and BlocksOne Private Limited for using 52G, the student AI study platform at 52g.in. We have written them in plain English so that a student or a parent can read all of them. By creating an account or using 52G, you accept these terms.

1. Who we are

52G is built and operated by BlocksOne Private Limited, a company based in India. Our office is at Office 601, Montreal Tower 1, Pallod Farms Rd, Shambhu Vihar Society, Pallod Farms II, Nankude Vasti, Aundh, Pune, Maharashtra 411069, India.

In these terms, "52G", "we" and "us" mean BlocksOne Private Limited. "You" means the student using 52G and, where the student is under 18, the parent or guardian who gave consent. You can write to us at support@52g.in. We respond within 48 hours on working days.

2. What 52G is

52G is an AI study platform for Indian students across school boards and universities. It answers study questions from your own syllabus, textbooks and past papers. It lets you upload your notes. It also gives you ways to earn, such as freelance work matched to your coursework, building projects, and sharing notes. The platform is organised into four sections: Study, Assignment, Build and Earn.

Access opens through a waitlist with a limited intake each month. 52G is a study aid. It exists to help you learn, not to do your learning for you.

3. Your account

You create an account with your name, email, phone number and academic details, such as your board or university, course, year and department or specialisation. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date. We use these details to match 52G to your syllabus, so wrong details give you worse answers.

Sign in is passwordless. Each time you sign in, we email you a six digit code. We never store a password for you.

If you are under 18, you may use 52G only with the consent of a parent or guardian. By creating an account you confirm that you have this consent. Parents and guardians are welcome to write to support@52g.in with any question about their child's account.

4. Subscription, payments, cancellation and refunds

52G costs ₹99 per month or ₹999 per year. Early users get their first month free. Payment is collected through Razorpay as an auto renewing subscription, using UPI AutoPay or a card mandate. When your mandate is set up, a small authorisation of about ₹5 may appear on your account. Razorpay refunds this authorisation automatically.

Razorpay handles all payment data. 52G never sees or stores your card number, UPI handle or bank details.

  • You can cancel at any time from the Profile section inside 52G. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and auto renewal then stops.
  • We do not give refunds for time already used or for a period that has already started.
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full. Write to support@52g.in within 7 days of the charge. The refund goes back to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 7 working days once processed.

5. Fair use

52G is priced for one student. To keep it fair for everyone:

  • Your account is yours alone. Do not share your account or your sign in codes, and do not use anyone else's account.
  • Do not try to break, overload, probe or scrape 52G. Do not copy its content in bulk, reverse engineer it, or try to get around its limits or the waitlist.
  • Do not use 52G to harm, harass or deceive anyone, or for anything unlawful.

Honesty in schoolwork matters too. 52G helps you understand your syllabus and practise. What you submit to your school, board or university is your responsibility. If you present 52G's output as your own answer in an exam or assessment, that choice is yours, and your institution's rules apply to it. Use 52G to learn the material, not to skip learning it.

6. Your notes and our content

Notes you upload stay yours. You keep ownership of them. By uploading, you give 52G permission to host, store and show your notes within the service, including to other students where the notes features are built to do that. Only upload notes you created or have the right to share, and do not upload material that belongs to someone else without permission.

Everything else on 52G, including the software, design, text and features, belongs to BlocksOne Private Limited. You may use it inside the service for your own study. You may not copy, resell or redistribute it.

7. Availability and our responsibility

52G is provided as is. We work to keep it fast and available, but it may change over time, and it may sometimes be interrupted, for example during maintenance or upgrades. Features may be added, changed or removed.

Here is the limit of our responsibility, in plain words. If something goes wrong and we are found legally liable to you, the most we will pay is the total amount you have paid us for 52G. Nothing in these terms takes away rights that Indian law gives you and does not allow to be limited.

8. Suspension and termination

If an account breaks these terms, for example by sharing access, scraping the service or misusing other students' notes, we may suspend or close it. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you what happened, and you can write to support@52g.in to explain your side. You can stop using 52G whenever you like. Cancellation works as described in section 4, and you can ask us to delete your data by writing to support@52g.in.

9. Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these terms as 52G grows. When we make a meaningful change, we will post the updated terms on this page with a new date at the top. If you keep using 52G after a change, the updated terms apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Questions, complaints and grievances all go to support@52g.in. We respond within 48 hours on working days.
