Who we are

52G, at 52g.in, is run by BlocksOne Private Limited, Office 601, Montreal Tower 1, Pallod Farms Rd, Shambhu Vihar Society, Pallod Farms II, Nankude Vasti, Aundh, Pune, Maharashtra 411069, India. When this policy says we, us or 52G, it means BlocksOne Private Limited.

52G answers study questions from your own syllabus, textbooks and past papers, lets you upload notes, and helps you earn through work matched to your coursework.

What we collect

• Your name, email address and phone number, which you give us when you create an account.
• Your academic details: your school board or university, your course, your year, and your department or specialisation. These tell us which syllabus you study.
• The study questions you ask and your chats with 52G.
• Notes you upload.
• Your payment status: whether your subscription is active and paid. We never see or store your card number, UPI handle or bank details. Those go only to Razorpay, our payment partner.

Sign in is passwordless. We email you a six digit code each time you sign in, so we never store a password for you.

How we use your information

• To answer your questions from your own syllabus. Your academic details tell us which board, course and year you are in.
• To create and run your account.
• To send you sign in codes and payment receipts by email.
• To keep the service running for you.

Your questions stay with us

Your study questions and chats are processed on 52G's own servers. Your questions never leave our server. We do not sell your questions, your chats or your notes to anyone, and we never will.

Payments and Razorpay

The 52G subscription costs ₹99 per month or ₹999 per year and is billed through Razorpay as an auto renewing subscription, using UPI AutoPay or a card mandate. When you pay, you deal directly with Razorpay. Razorpay processes your payment data under its own privacy policy.

52G never sees or stores your card number, UPI handle or bank details. Razorpay tells us whether your payment went through, so we know whether your subscription is active. We never see your card number, UPI handle or bank details. You can cancel any time from the Profile section inside 52G, and auto renewal stops after you cancel.

Email and cookies

We send transactional email, meaning sign in codes and receipts, through an email delivery provider. We use this provider only to send you these emails.

52G uses session cookies. They keep you signed in while you use the site. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Sharing and deletion

We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone. We never sell or rent your personal data to anyone. Razorpay handles payments and an email delivery provider sends our transactional email. Beyond that, we disclose personal data only if the law requires us to.

You can ask us to delete your data at any time by writing to support@52g.in.

Your rights, and students under 18

You can ask us for a copy of your data or ask us to delete it. Your academic details you can correct yourself, from the Profile section inside 52G. Write to support@52g.in from the email address on your account and we will take care of it.

Students under 18 use 52G with the consent of a parent or guardian. If you are a parent or guardian, you can write to support@52g.in at any time with any question about your child's data.

Grievances and changes to this policy

You can raise any complaint or concern about your data by writing to support@52g.in. We respond within 48 hours on working days.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
